We are a firm founded by two white men. We recognize our privilege and that we have benefitted from systems built in our favor. We have not experienced discrimination or bigotry, but we have seen the harm that systemic racism, sexism, and other forms of oppression inflict upon people of color, women, and marginalized groups. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive organization that challenges itself, its clients, and philanthropy to reimagine the systems that perpetuate inequity, to examine issues of race and power, to listen and continually learn, and to make decisions that are just and equitable.
